Yes of course! When you subscribe or at renewal, you will be able to choose the number of months you want to subscribe. You can choose to pay monthly or even pay for the number of months that will suit you. At the end of your subscription, your data will be kept and remain accessible.
We would be happy to help you transfer your data to our site. Please contact us so we can discuss your situation and find the easiest way for you to move to our site. We will try to do this at no charge, but depending on the effort, small fees could apply.
At the end of the free trial, you will be asked to select your plan and to proceed with your payment. You will not loose anything. All recorded data from your registration will be retained regardless of the plan you will choose. You will then be able to continue or to start over with a new season.
Yes. If you are at the end of the free trial, just select the Free plan in order to activate it and switch to it. If you have already subscribed to the Premium plan, you can switch to the Free plan at any time within a period of 30 days from your subscription or renewal date. Then, ask us for a refund. After 30 days, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
If you are not happy using our services, contact us within the first 30 days and we will refund your money. However, we would appreciate having your comments in order for us to better understand what went wrong and improve our services.
Payment methods
We are using Paypal which supports several cards and payment methods. It is an easy, convenient and secure way to make your payment. Paypal is also taking care of currency conversions. You do not need a Paypal account to use your credit card.
